In this live demo, we’ll begin with a brief introduction to Finvari before moving into the mobile experience for crews in the field. See how employees capture receipts and code purchases to the correct job, phase, and cost type at the time of purchase.
Next, we’ll move to the desktop experience to show how administrators manage cards, create spend profiles, set controls, review transactions, and maintain visibility across company spend. We’ll also show how data and images are pushed directly into Spectrum via an API, and how data is automatically synchronized every day and can be refreshed in real time.
Finally, we’ll walk through Finvari’s new AP invoice automation, including invoice intake, validation, coding, review, field approvals, and how data stays connected between Finvari and Viewpoint Spectrum.
